Meetings and Events

The recently renovated Olympic Ballroom is our largest ballroom with 5700 sq. ft. This large ballroom can accommodate up to 540 people. It is suitable for large conferences, events requiring exhibits, large social gatherings and weddings. This is a beautiful room that is capable of partitioning into three individual rooms (Gold/Silver/Bronze) or a combination of these to accommodate your group size, breakouts or event needs.

Mt. Kidd Ballroom is our second largest ballroom with 3016 sq. ft. that can be utilized for conferences, tradeshows, weddings or large social events. This room can comfortably accommodate up 250 people. This versatile room can be further divided into three partitions (A/B/C) or a combination of these to accommodate your group size, break out rooms or event needs.

Located in the convention centre the recently renovated Explorer Ballroom provides 2336 sq. ft of naturally lit meeting space. With a meeting capacity of the156 people, the Explorer Ballroom partitions into four rooms, perfect for smaller break out rooms, group activities accompanying your main event.

Rockies room is 2100 sq. ft of meeting space. Overlooking the picturesque pond and waterfall located in the village center. This is an ideal location for groups who are looking to enjoy the spacious environment and natural atmosphere.
